This layout is based 'somewhere in Kent' and covers the period from the 1980s up to date.

DSCN1045_med.jpgPassengers are served by Networker units.

Other services which pass through the station are mainly Royal Mail, scrap steel and engineers trains.

However a variety of locos may be seen entering and leaving a fuelling point just beyond the station via a short tunnel.

me_FEX0607013m.jpgThe station building is based on Crayford, and sits adjacent to the inevitable 'Railway Inn'.

Courtesy of the Gas company roadworks, there is generally traffic chaos in Station Road.

Road vehicles are from various manufacturers - Cararama, Corgi OOC and Trackside, EFE, Oxford etc; and figures from Bachmann and P D Marsh.

The fuelling point was originally a self contained layout that could sit on an ironing board if required.
